Registration will open on March 15, 2013 at 8 am.

Vessel Registration Fee - $130, includes 2 nights fee for boat space with shorepower for the first approx 130 boats (subject to availability) at the Bayland Marina, plus 2 weekend passes for the tradeshow, seminars, & party.

Each participating boat must provide proof of valid liability insurance in an amount not less than $300,000 personal injury and personal property damage of $100,000.  No vessel registration refunds will be given - Rain or Shine.
 

To register for this event, please select the (Boat Registration or Crew Registrations) sidetab on the right of TMCASPRINGFLING.COM/index.php/REGISTRATION.  Boat Registration is complete only after payment is received.  When capacity is reached, a waiting list will start.  Registrants on the waiting list will not be able to complete payment until slips become available. 

If you are aware of any people who are thinking about attending by boat, please spread the word to sign up while slips are available. Wristbands, Slip assignments and docking instructions will be provided at the Skipper's meeting on Saturday, May 11.  Crew admission wristbands are $10 before or on May 11th, no refunds. 

After May 11th Skipper's Meeting all gate entrance wristbands and crew wristbands for the weekend will be $15, no refunds.

All slips will be assigned by the Spring Fling Docking Committee.  Please do not contact Bayland Marina for slips.  All crew members must register and agree to the event waiver. No crew refunds will be given - Rain or Shine.

Catered Meal wristbands for Friday (Fajita Dinner) and Saturday (Barbecue Dinner) will be available for purchase on the online Storefront for $35 for both nights or $18 for one night per person.   

All Adult beverages are BYOB, and sodas and waters are available for purchase.

If you missed out ordering online at the Storefront, you may still purchase event wristbands, merchandise and food wristbands at the Skipper's meeting on May 12th and at the event (cash only, please).  

Skipper's Meeting - Saturday, May 12th, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM - Everyone is encouraged to attend the Skipper's meeting.  This will be an informative presentation and overview of the entire weekend. It will include a slideshow of the voyage down, and highlights of the event as well as the opportunity to purchase those items you forgot! It is open to all! It will be held at the Elks Lodge, 623 Hanson Road in Kemah (next to Home Depot at the base of the Kemah water tower).

We still have some slips available at Bridge Harbor Yacht Club.  If you know of anyone who would like to come by boat, please pass the word!Bridge Harbor is going to be a fun place with music and swim up pool bar. There are already 10 confirmed boats staying there.  These slips include free shuttle service to the main event at the Freeport Municipal Marina.  If interested, contact SpringFlingDockmaster@gmail.com.

April 18, 2012 Spring Fling Update

Online Registration and Storefront closed April 16th! 

Bridge Harbor Yacht Club still has a few more slips available for the event weekend.  If interested, please e-mail SpringFlingDockmaster@gmail.com.

If you have not yet purchased your Friday & Saturday night dinner wristbands or Spring Fling merchandise, you may still do so at the Skipper's meeting on May 12th and (if still available) at the event.

 
 Land Yacht'ers & Extra Crew  Admission wristbands are required for this event and available at the Skipper's meeting and event.  The Cherotel Grand Mariner Hotel, www.cherotel.com, (1-800-544-2119) will once again provide a special room rate for May 18th - 20th.  They have 50 rooms of various types reserved for this event at rates of  $69.00 for EXECUTIVE KING,  $59.00 for DELUXE KING, $49.00 for STANDARD QUEEN, and $54.00 for DOUBLE QUEEN (ALL PLUS TAX).  Reservations are on a  "First Come/First Served" basis. This hotel will be the designated Spring Fling shuttle stop.
